Questions Worth Investigating

Our signature question

What should we do next to become a more data-literate organization?

Organizational Capabilities

Have we defined our organizational challenges clearly enough?

What evidence and analytical capabilities should guide our decisions?

How do we strengthen our team's computational capacity?

Data Operations

Is our data infrastructure holding us back?

What would it take to automate our workflows?

How do we build data pipelines that remain secure and reliable over time?

Reliable AI Systems

How can we extract the information that matters from large document sets?

What is an appropriate way to design and validate LLM-assisted tasks?

How can we manage a shared prompt library across our team?

Policy and Regulatory Readiness

Who shapes regulatory outcomes, and how?

How do different stakeholders view a complex policy issue?

How can we communicate evidence effectively to different audiences?
